The Stewards Spectrum Fund will aim to achieve long-term capital appreciation and returns with low correlation to traditional asset classes. This will be achieved by allocating investment dollars to digital assets and the various financial instruments related to the digital asset category. The fund will seek to significantly out-perform a traditional buy and hold strategy. This will be accomplished by the fund manager actively utilizing and taking positions in digital financial instruments that can produce profits in both up and down markets as well as to avoid drawdowns and loss in down or volatile markets.
The fund can hold long and short positions, engage derivatives, hold or park in cash, can exercise lending, borrowing, hedging and gearing powers, can utilize staking and pooling, can invest in funds and pooling funds, and can employ any and all other digital financial instruments and concepts available for any digital asset or security that is listed on up to 24 digital asset exchanges that the fund trades upon to accomplish the funds’ objective. The investment managers Strategy shall to be actively manage the portfolio based on its specific proprietary criteria, software, analytics, and methodology designed to identify and select digital and other financial instruments and or assets to invest in which are required to meet the investment objectives of the fund.
